Royans extends its coverage into South Australia

Royans has once again extended its service offering with the acquisition of Transmech – one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of car carriers.  Based in Wingfield, Transmech will be the Group’s 24^th branch and our first in Adelaide, South Australia. 

For over 37 years, Transmech have been supplying some of the industry’s most sought after vehicle transporters ranging from four car carriers through to their fourteen car RTV2 Road Train configuration.  Transmech provides customers with the complete customised package from design, engineering and manufacture through to trailer servicing and repairs.  Transmech’s capability also extends to other specialised transportation equipment, including specialist rig moving equipment for the mining industry.

Transmech have demonstrated over the years that they have a similar philosophy when it comes to excellent quality and customer service, and they are a great complimentary business for Royans. We look forward to the knowledge, experience and skills that the Transmech team will contribute to the Royans network.  Vanessa and Scott will continue to manage the business and we extend a warm welcome to all of the Transmech team.  We would also like to take the opportunity to wish Theo and Annelene all the best for their future endeavours.
