Parts Manager

What you’ll need to bring
- Previous experience in a similar role within the accident repair industry is highly preferred.
- Parts interpreting experience, ideally with strong knowledge of heavy vehicle truck parts, accessories and brands.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills, always approachable, solutions orientated.
- Effective leadership skills, with the ability to lead, support and motivate a team.
- Computer literacy, including the ability to learn our computer system (iBodyshop)

Welder /Boilermaker

- Major & minor accident repair work on trailers
- Removing damaged panels and parts by unbolting or cutting them away.
- Using oxy-acetylene and electric welding equipment to cut and join replacement sections or damaged panels.
- Repairing bodywork on vehicles, filling, grinding and sanding repaired surfaces using power and hand tools.
- Fabricate and repair framework of vehicles, trailers and equipment using machinery and all types of welding and cutting equipment.

Royans offers apprenticeships across 4 trades: panel beaters, mechanics, spray painters and boilermakers / fabricators. Many of our managers started as apprentices in the business and worked their way up. Royans are always on the lookout for good staff.
